Vasculitis or Other?

A 57 year old patient presented with "vasculitic" lesions on her lower extremities. The lesions have been coming and going and have been limited to the distal portion of her bilateral feet. She denies any systemic symptoms but is very worried because she was told this could be vasculitis. What non-vasculitic disease could this be?

Diagnosis added by author
Biopsy from dermatology consistent with pigmented purpuric dermatosis - a non-inflammatory "mimicker" that can look like primary systemic vasculitis.
