60 year old female with a history of biopsy proven sarcoidosis which is currently well controlled without medications develops bilateral lower extremity skin lesions of unknown etiology as pictured over 3-4 weeks. Biopsy of the skin lesion reveals bullous pemphigoid which is currently being treated successfully
