42M presents with seizures and #Encephalopathy. LP - 2 WBCs, normal protein. In these images, he is having a sternal bone marrow biopsy - not done frequently these days. His CT and MRI show no enhancement or new lesions (I'll post as a follow up). Pt was recently diagnosed with a recurrence of his diffuse large B cell lymphoma (and follicular lymphoma too). Previously treated for latent TB with 9 months of INH, and hx of DM2. Any suggestions for making the CNS diagnosis?
