Patient Case Summary
This is a 89+ year old female patient post COVID-19. Patient was asymptomatic during COVID-19 and this is day 15 after testing positive and is being released from COVID-19 isolation unit to return home to assisted living.
Vitals
- Monitor HR: 84, palpable pulse ranged from 46-68
- B/P: 156/96
- Respirations: 18
- SpO2: 99% Room air
- A&O: X4
- GCS: 15
Patient presented with no signs other than an irregular palpable pulse and elevated B/P during transport. Patient refused transportation to the emergency room and Nursing staff at assisted living said that they would keep an eye on her.
