47 year old female presents with a 3 day history of this rash. Started with about 1-2 spots and has been evolving. It is a bit itchy. Blistering sensation and sensitive when clothing touches the area. The rash is in the anterior right lower torso. She has not tried any interventions. Her only history is HTN. What is your diagnosis?
