53yo male. Pmhx unremarkable. This rash developed gradually three months ago. A similar rash has started on his both feet (plantar side). Different dermatologists say different things. What’s your diagnosis and treatment?

55y male, 9 day Hx of rash. Appeared after scratch, which can be seen in the center of the rash. No Hx allergies, no psoriasis. No plant contact. Pruritic, not painful. Crusting from polysporin. Two other new rashes, different in appearance.

patient states rash has been present for a long time. Multiple tests done by different physicians. No diagnosis yet. Denies diabetes. Hx of htn and circulatory problems. Any ideas?

An electrocardiogram (ECG) was performed in the primary care setting, and the patient was promptly referred to the emergency department.
