multiple victims accident. Due to the rain a car went in wrong direction provoked a frontal high energy impact with another car. The hitting car driver died suddenly because of the multiple impacts resulting in a complex #polytrauma no indication of #CPR-(cardiopulmonary-resuscitation). In the other car 8 patients, we adopted a #campaign-hospital #triage in place and 7 of them were evacuated and saved. An old lady of this second car was the only one not wearing the seat belt, she suffered a severe #chest-contusions and a sudden #heart-arrest.
