Multiple papules on the posterior cervical region, some excoriated with the characteristic of following a path.

Male patient, 24 years old. He has congenital deafness and has no other pathologies.

He says he has intense itching, especially at night.

The patient's mother said that he had these lesions a few months ago and that he used an antifungal to treat them. They have a pet dog.

What is the likely diagnosis?
