59yrs old male farmer with no prior medical history, presented to emergency department with paraplegia and sensory loss below umbilicus following RTA.
O/e - Conscious, oriented, Paraplegia with bladder and bowel involvement, Motor strength grading in both lower limbs are 0/5, Plantars mute Bilaterally lower limbs. Rest of the systemic examinations was unremarkable. DIAGNOSIS AND APPROACH??
