X-ray #MRI #Fluoroscopy images of a 22yom.

Back pain 5 months from weight lifting. New onset tingling sensation left leg and increased pain. No response to cortisone injections. First MRI from prior to surgery. After first surgery had worsening pain post-op 1 week. Second MRI taken 3 weeks after first surgery. Thoughts of what should've been done during first surgery to prevent the second one.

Additional Cases

27 y/o female with #Scheuermann's-disease and a pre-op curvature of 80.3*. Second picture is a before and after of the patient's back while laying down. Third picture is the patient's spine after spinal fusion surgery from T2-L2. The surgery took 11 hours to complete and was successful.

46yo female w/ complaints of persistent low back pain. MRI performed after no improvement with P.T. What incidental finding is seen? How does this alter the POC?

Patient in late teens presenting after a collapse. No chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family. Are there any features in this EKG that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric EKG?
