This is a 32-year-old male, K/C of DM, HTN, DLP on meds, presented with this scaly wide patches on the extensors of both lower limbs & upper limbs, a/w Rt hand fixed flexed fingers (ring & little fingers).

What is the probable diagnosis?
85 year old lady which long standing history of DM and mitral stenosis presented with these lesion started in the lower limbs then involved the upper limbs, both soles and palms, no oral lesion except for a blister in the upperlip, trunk and back spared.
