Clinical Summary
Patient is admitted presenting with edema, muscle package, presence of hyperchromic lesion and phlogistic signs in the mid. Antibiotic therapy started, laboratory exams collected and admission was performed using meropenem, clindamicin, and vancomycin. Evolving with hemodynamic instability, requiring DVA, using noradrenaline (10 ml/h). Recurrent dysglycemia (hypo) associated with hyponatremia (performing sodium replacement and glucose correction).

On Examination
Regular general condition, eupneic, normocardic. Abdomen: distended and painful on deep palpation in the right flank and left flank.
Laboratory Tests

- Urea: 154 MG/DL;
- Creatinine: 2.75 MG/DL;
- Sodium: 126 MG/DL;
- HB: 10;
- PLQ: 26k;
- PCR: 212.9.
Imaging
Mid arterial Doppler (few days ago): diffuse atheromatosis, without hemodynamically significant stenoses. No signs of OAA at this time.
