54 year old Asian female, past history of thalassemia, traveled to Japan 2 years ago. 10 days after she came back from her trip, started to develop skin lesions around nail bed with skin peeling and bleeding. Extremely itchy. Her nails also fall off. Almost all digits are involved but some are spared.
The lesions are chronic but recurrent (new lesion develop, heal, the new lesions develop again)
