68 y/o male. This is showing the posterior aspect of his upper right arm. Also p/w itchiness. He said he noticed this lesion two days ago along with the itchiness after reaching into his yard's bushes to turn on the hose two days ago. What is this skin lesion?
Two day old mystery, any ideas?
pic 1 and 2 are the same bump. 3 shows one that is about 48 hours old but maybe a new one forming?? However, the original bump the one I started the case with is about gone. I'm at a loss. Has tried some antihistamines steroid creams etc now 48 hrs on Clinda doesn't seem to make a diff except for the one original one being gone.

patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this ekg that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric ekg?
