Patient details

78-year-old female patient with a medical history of advanced dementia and hypertension. Caregivers report new onset of "skin tags" on bilateral lower extremities. Legs are not painful to touch. First resection possible psoriasis with plaques. Anyone have thoughts - thanks in advance.
