Patient Details: 78 years old, female. Ulcerated lesion in the anterior chest 2 months ago. History of chronic photoexposure. Probable #ceratoacanthoma based on Squamous cell carcinoma. Referred to the #dermatology outpatient clinic for #biopsy.

30 year old female patient with no history of trauma presented with changes at the base of her Right hallux nail ... skin is separated at the medical base of nail and a black lesion/fibre seems stuck underneath but cannot be easily removed. No redness or pus is noted and patient relates no pain with probing or pressure. Pt states it has been there 2 weeks and is otherwise healthy

Patient 78 years old. Treated for 2 years with Leprosy MB 12 doses. Discharged after treatment, started presenting these lesions. He denies pain and denies itching #hanseniasis
