Patient after Eclampsia, has suddenly decreased vision; 20-20 that passes to 20-1200. According theory may be due to embolization of amniotic fluid also interleukins and prostaglandins components, causing undefined optical disk, vascular tortuosity, white patches, areas of cottony, exudates and macula thickened within 500 um.
