65 y/o male, medically free
C/o painful lump on the bottom of the RT big toe x 2 months associated with pain especially when walking.
Its getting worse that wearing shoes is painful.
No fever, no redness, no hx of trauma.
There is a 2x2 lump on the plantar aspect of the Rt big toe, associated with moderate tenderness.
Dermatological exam revealed a firm, non-fluctuant mass on the plantar aspect of the great toe.
