Idiopathic upper right abdominal pain ddx?

Patient 24 with normal bmi presents to ER with 14 days of upper right abdominal pain with no history of gallbladder or bile duct disease in family.

Labs run show slightly elevated amylase, elevated eosinophils, low mchc. All other CBCs normal. Lipase is normal as well. We conducted a limited view right abdominal ultrasound. There was no sign of gallstones or blockage. Also, there was no evidence of swelling. The patient was sent home with a follow-up CT in the works. The patient's medications are singulair, Xolair, advair, vistaril, pantoprazole, and Pepcid AC.

DDX: drug-induced pancreatitis, eosinophilic bile duct disease, GERD?
