Case Description
Female, 4 years old. There’re 5 days she feels pruritus in areas of the scalp, accompanied by local desquamation and hair loss. Recently she used adult shampoo. Her mother said the daughter has excessive sweat on the scalp. What is the probable diagnosis and treatment?
