54 year-old lady who got attacked by her own pitbull came in to ED, brought by EMS. She was complaining of severe pain in her right wrist with sign of wrist drop. There is a site of dog bite but no an open fracture. No sign of sensational deficit, could not move her fingers due to pain however it could be due to nerve injury.
