60 yo F. Lower abdominal pain. Recent hospital admission for pneumonia and Rt pleural effusion (drained 2L). Palpable superficial mass in low pelvis. Ultrasound shows large mass irregular, appears superficial ? Peritoneal. Vascular. Surrounding fluid. Hx of abdominoplasty but 4yrs ago. Awaiting CT. Any ideas what this could be. It was hard to image as it filled the entire pelvis. No uterus but ovaries left which I couldn’t find.
