87yo F with HTN and recent lacunar stroke with mild residual gait ataxia but otherwise very healthy and active. Stroke evaluation was largely normal aside from the small vessel lacunar infarct in the corona radiata and a severely dilated left atrium and no other significant ventricular or valvular abnormalities. This single channel ECG was taken in post-discharge clinic. Is there an arrhythmia?
