Case Summary

23yof presents with acute LAP, LNMP unknown. HB 6,6g/dL BP 96/60. USS showed free fluid, ectopic pregnancy of 10weeks. We rushed her to theater. Upon opening found in excess of 1L blood in abdomen. Sac ruptured and foetus moving upon removal. Salpingectomy done. Blood transfusion to patient. Has stabilised well.
