8 yr old boy showed up on a regular vision check up. 20/20 vision, stereopsis of 60" and refraction in cycloplegia of S+1.00 ODS.
Noted that the ocular history is that this spot was already seen in 2014 on the retina when he was 4 yr old. Not sure if it changed because it was only written as a white rounding.
Who could help me with the diagnosis?
Is it a Pigment Epithelium Detachment or just an atrofic spot or what else?
