Dermatitis flare

28 year old female that over the last three months has been suffering from a recurrent rash around the mouth - nose area and chest with lesions as appear in the picture.

It has a relation with stress, ovulation and fluor such as in toothpaste.

The treatment has been a base of corticoids for the flares and alternation of tacrolimus and antibiotic.

The suggestion is to avoid corticoids but as soon as she stops using them there is a rash around 24-48 h afterwards.

Treatment suggestions?
