23 yo male with hx of chronic ear infections for 1 year. First occurred after swimming in a contaminated lake. + bacterial & fungal. Treated so far with PO AB's (ciproxen) and ear drops. Reoccurred 3 times so far. On review after a month pt still has complaints of pain and inflammation. What else would you do for treatment?
