55yo AA male admitted to inpatient psych s/p #Suicide attemp | Figure 1
55yo AA male admitted to inpatient psych s/p #Suicide attempt by #Cocaine OD. Hx: mild CHF, DM2, MI 2 months prior secondary to a similar attempt. Last drug use approx 24 hours prior. Asymptomatic w/ exception of mild SOB and headache, which pt reports are chronic and unchanged. Vitals swing widely both ways in very short periods of time and seeming independent of any external circumstance. Unfortunately all the info known on meds is that it is an extensive list w/ 6+ cardiac or htn related. #Carvedilol currently being held d/t recent cocaine use. Thoughts?
