29 y/o F presents with 1cm lesion on left foot. Pt returned from trip to Thailand two weeks ago. Began as blister on trip, remained open for duration of trip. Walked barefoot on beaches, swam in pools and ocean, walked in mud near elephants, barefoot on streets. Getting worse- more red, pitted, painful and swollen over past two weeks upon returning to US. Negative fever or associated sx. Thoughts on what this could be?
