UPDATE on previous case: pt had a corneal dellen adjacent to pinguecula with quite a bit of injection about a week ago &c/o irritation in this eye. The dellen did have an Epi defect also which closed almost completely after 3 days with Artificial tears and coverage with FLQ AB. Then we continued ATs and added steroid QID. Pt now has no symptoms and denies FB sensation but redness/injection persists (pt still not bothered by redness).
