Deleted account
Open dislocation of ankle joint. The unusual thalus bone was complete dislocated into medial aspect. All fingers were flexed because the flexor tendon was pulled by the bone. We performed distal injury traction and we reverse the bone into lateral by grasping the foot and heel. We also use some orthopedics tools to ease the procedure.
