9 year old female came into ER with RLQ pain, vomiting, fever since prior night. Patient had rebound tenderness and an elevated WBC. Ultrasound ordered and look what filled my screen! Classic target sign and area did not compress. (+) #appendicitis patient transferred to children's hospital for surgery.
