In family med rotation. Pt presents with 12 day hx of annular hand lesion. Reports increasing erythema and becoming more raised, not painful. First occurred while in Cancun and thought it was a jellyfish sting. She has tried OTC anti fungal and triamcinolone acetonide cream 0.1% without relief.
