Case Details

20yo female from northern Honduras, 2 weeks ago, traveled and stayed for a week to the western area of the country, got probably mosquito bites (not sure). Started a week ago with vesicles shown in first images in both legs, after a week decided to shave her legs and two days after, lesions became like the ones shown in subsequent pictures, 2 lesions in left leg (LL) and 1 lesion in right leg (RL). Started Dicloxacillin 2 days ago with no improvement. Mild fever and diarrhea last night. Area is endemic of #Leishmaniasis. She is otherwise healthy and rest of physical is normal. Opinions?
