Medical history: Depression, anxiety, user of injectable opiates
3cmx5cm internal lesion, swollen, red, hot to touch, pain presently at 2/10 at rest and increasing to 5/10 when touched.

Induration present at palpation. located in fat tissue over hip

Vitals normal, no lab results available
