54y/o F with R foot pain and swelling 1 month post bunionectomy, 2nd, 3rd and 4th hammer-toe repairs, and 5th corn removal with pin removal from hammer-toes 2 days ago. Healing well until pin removal. No other symptoms. PMH only HTN. Afebrile.
