62 yo male called for vomiting x4 hours. Dialysis pt scheduled for treatment the next morning. New complaint of respiratory distress minutes after we arrived. Within minutes he had audible rales and intense difficulty breathing. Pt. stated CPAP helped immensely. This is his 12 lead, a little messy due to pt movement.

Received a call for a 60 yo M c/c unknown medical. Upon arrival pt is found seated on couch w/o complaints. Pt's wife stated pt suddenly complained of feeling "hot" while on the toilet and asked her for cold water. Pt's wife came in the door approximately 1 minute later and found her husband slumped over, unresponsive and "shaking". Pt then allegedly became completely alert and oriented another minute later. 74yo male went to his local urgent care for chest pain. MD did EKG and contacted our hospital. Patient flown directly from urgent care to us. EKG above taken upon arrival to ED and showed significantly more elevation than one taken at urgent care. Pt changed, lined, and labbed as prep for cath lab. Door to cath lab time: 7 minutes. Patients trops trended s/p cath and maxed out our readings at ">200". Today they came down to 70. 77 male, tall and thin, called 911 c/o gradual onset of 2/10 retrosternal chest pressure x30 minutes while at rest with no provoking/relieving factors, no radiation. PT A&Ox4, vitals WNL, initial EVALUATION approx 35 minutes after symptom onset. Symptoms spontaneously resolved after initial ECG, and second ECG acquired approx 40 minutes after onset of symptoms. Chest clear, no peripheral edema, skin pale, cool and clammy.
PT self administered ASA PTA and treated again with ASA by paramedics.
Hx of PE, HTN, stomach CA (receiving chemotherapy currently), Paroxysmal A. Fib. requiring electrical cardioversion.
Rx: Iron, Fragmin, chemotherapeutics
