59 yo Spanish male. Lesion started about 1 month ago. Lesion started to get bigger slowly. No pain, itching, penile discharge, lymphadenopathy. Not sexually active. Not circumcised. First 2 pictures are 3 days before using 1% hydrocortisone cream. Any suggestions?

70y male, widespread rash on body's outer surfaces since 1 month. Lft leg has small wound since more than 1 month ago. HydroCortisone cream doesnt help. Rash started in the legs first and now its spread to the whole body. Rash starts as a individual pustule that bursts and dries leaving gray scales. Mild itching, no pain.
