81 year old male, history of hypertension. 1 month ago had a frontal fender bender car accident, airbags didn't deploy, had seat belt on, no head trauma. Began having mild headache and nausea.
Came into office walking, only mild nausea and lateropulsion. MRI showed chronic subdural hematoma.
Surgical evacuation by craniotomy and successful recovery of the patient without disability.
