this is a 59-year-old woman who presents to my office on a yearly basis for diabetic foot health screening. Recent visit for acute onset of pain and swelling involving her left foot. There is decreased sensation from her diabetic neuropathy. I think this is a good educational case for those who are not familiar with the process. The x-rays were taken in 2015, 2017, and 2018.
