Case Summary
60yo man with diabetes on insulin. 3-4 months of moderately itchy lesions on arms (wrists to upper arms) and legs (ankles to upper thighs). Easily excoriated. Lesions hear with hyperpigmented scar and new lesions form. Any ideas?
