- Abdominal mass case. This is a cross section of the wall of the mass.
- The purple cells are ciliated simple columnar cells.
- No papillae or invasion seen.
- Abdominal wash was negative for any malignant cells.
- The mass that was drained contained 8L of clear fluid.
- Differential diagnosis (Ddx)?
