Diffuse abdominal pain

A 16 year old girl presents with diffuse abdominal pain not relieved by posturing or diet. All lab results are normal. A CTA was done and this was the finding. What do you think this is?

Update 1

(Look at the update post on my profile for new pictures). So this young lady had been diagnosed with ostium sekundum ASD which was closed by an atrial occluder device 10 years ago. However, 6 months after the procedure it embolised to the abdominal aorta, sticking to the aortic wall between the superior mesenteric artery and the celiac trunk, partially occluding its orifice. Interventional removal was attempted but unsuccessful. A new occluder was placed in the ASD successfully. The embolised occluder was left in the aorta as it was asymptomatic back then. Now the patient was admitted to our vascular surgery department because of abdominal pain. We removed the occluder device by open aortic surgery without the need of patch angioplasty. The patient was discharged home on the 5th post operative day.
