what is this? 44yo has had this for 1 month. Appeared to be a mosquito bite in the beginning has progressively gotten larger. No drainage aches and is sore to touch

Pic 1 was taken 4 days after pic two after debrieding wound edges. This is a spider bite that has been being treated since 2011. Currently using collagen to treat.
