24 M overnight onset of these unilateral facial skin lesions (rest of the skin is clear). Described rash-like appearance at time of onset (currently 1 day after onset). Pt denied allergen contact. No new products/detergents/food. Applied hydrocortisone topically for 1d w/ some reduction in inflammation. Reported minimal itching. Minimal hx of acne, no hx or any other skin conditions. Typical acne or something else?
