17cm benign ovarian teratoma (dermoid) I was able to save both the left ovary and tube in this 26 yo nulligravida because it had an obvious "pedunculated" attachment to the left ovary. The open specimen reveals 1 liter oily liquid, sebum hair, scalp, bone, teeth. Common tumor but usually discovered before it gets this large.
