Case Presentation

erythematous papular lesions started a week ago of sudden onset ..

on both thighs , back of this 55 year-old lady

not painful , no itching ..

she gave past history of appearance of such lesion a year ago

How to manage such a case ??

25yoM Eruption of blanching skin lesions, no pruritis, some lesions painful when they first appear. 10 lesions appeared three weeks ago, query new dermatographia. Another 10 lesions have appeared in last three weeks, some have become less prominent. No lesions on feet, single lesion on thigh. 1 year history of patchy hair loss. Recently volunteered at local pediatric emergency department. DDx?: Psoriasis, coxsackievirus, secondary syphilis?

patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this ekg that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric ekg?
