boyfriend of previous post. Both hiv positive. Were both treated for syfilis 3 weeks ago. Didnt have sex after treatment for 2 weeks. Now this. Didnt have sex with anyone except boyfriend 1 week ago (insertive). This guy stayed vdrl negative. (Treated him 3 weeks ago because of vdrl positive boyfriend, just to be sure).

Gave him Bactroban oitment and told probably it was from infected abrasions due to rough oral sex trauma. What you think guy?
