80 y/o male s/p change of Foley catheter. Has a UTI and was started on Macrobid yesterday. Is this #Pyuria? Urine was very milky in catheter- after sitting it separates.

I was finally able to convince the doctor to let me switch out the foley for a larger diameter, and this is what the tip looked like upon removal. Pt had moderate bloody discharge from his penis after this removal.
