Thought I would share my crazy case from this week... 44 yo male presents for routine eye exam. Complains of blurred vision at near, trouble focusing and has never had glasses. Manifest refraction is -0.50 OU at distance with a VA of 20/20- and Presbyopia +1.50. We talk about bifocals and progressives. Then I look at the optic nerves and BAM! Bilateral papilledema. I ask about headaches and he reports mild headaches 2-3x/week for the past 5 months and they go away with Motrin. Sent to the ER for a STAT MRI and he has a ~6x6cm meningioma in the left frontal lobe! Poor guy...

22 year old male with no complaints of vision loss. Ref for occasional flashes. 20/20 OU. Ideas on Dx? Questions? The schisis has an underlying cause.

ONH #Drusen c/ VF loss. The auto fluorescent images make them glow but I can only post 5. Just a routine exam. VA 20/20 OD and 20/25. OCT shows thinning of the RNFL.
